At Orange Tree, we want you to love your home decor, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
